ALIA offers innovative processes to the food industry driven by our extensive experience producing cooked corn flour (dry masa) plants.

Our micro plants are made with ALI TECH technology for cooking corn with numerous advantages compared to other production systems.

The design, construction and booting of our plants is performed by a technical team, that has over 30 years of plant construction experience in countries such as Mexico, United States and other countries in Central America.

OUR PLANTS

We develop and build cooked corn flour plants with different capacities. From the smallest and most compact size ever built producing only 0.5 TPH to a fully customized plant.

USAGES AND ADVANTAGES

Cooked corn flour (dry masa) made with our system can be used for self consumption and/or sale/distribution to other businesses for the production of corn products: tortillas, tostadas, nachos chips and corn snacks among others. ALIA designs can also be adapted to produce other kind of whole grain flours such as wheat, rice, soy, rye and multigrain to name a few.
